I am sure most people have heard of the 3 point turn?
For me to roll over in bed now it is a 3 or 4 point roll over. First, I am on my side, then I shift my weight and usually get onto my back and then have to shift my weight (AKA belly) and try and make it over to my other side which doesn’t not always happen so I may have to then wiggle the hips and shoulders to get right onto my side. I read yesterday that getting satin sheets helps this process. I may have to consider it if the roll over starts to be a 5 or 6 point roll over.
